1.STAY ACTIVE: Everyone knows by now how beneficial regular exercise is. Exercise is specifically beneficial for spine health by stimulating blood flow which helps nourish and repair discs, muscles, ligaments, and joints in your spine. Exercise also stimulates the delivery of needed nutrients into and around the disc spaces throughout your spine.

2.GOOD POSTURE: Practice good posture 24/7 when sitting, standing, sleeping and exercising and playing sports are some of the ways you can take better care of your spine. Proper postural alignment will allow one to work more efficiently with less fatigue and strain on your body’s ligaments and muscles. A conscious effort to correct your posture is the first step to breaking poor postural habits and reducing stress and strain on your spine.
