  • Do you have a gym?

    Adelaide Clinic has a state of the art gym located on-site. Focused on your recovery, it is equipped with a treadmill, bike, weights, resistance exercise bands, exercise balls, shoulder pulleys, Bosu balance trainer, foam rollers, dumbbells, examination table to name a few.

  • WHICH KIDS BENEFIT FROM PHYSIOTHERAPY?

  • What is interferential current & electro therapies?

    Electrotherapy is a form of medical treatment, which uses small electrical impulses to repair tissue, stimulate muscles, and increase sensation and muscle strength.

    The benefits of electrotherapy are wide-ranging and include a more advanced healing process, a more effective circulatory system, and increased muscle tone. The effects of electrotherapy include a reduction in pain, increased strength, increased range of movement, increased speed and strength of muscle contractions, and an increased rate of absorption.

    Interferential Current and Electrotherapies are added to Chiropractic or Physiotherapy appointments as required to maximize treatment of your pain.

  • DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?

    A doctors referral is not necessary, however some extended health benefit plans do require one, so check with them if you’re unsure.
