Ever wonder the difference between a X-ray and a MRI? Well, you’ve come to the right place.
X-rays use radiation, usually used to detect broken bones or bone degeneration but can also be used to identify infections and tumors.
MRI’S or magnetic resonance imaging, uses well you guessed it magnets. It does not use radiation like x-rays. MRI’s used to clearly identify bone or joint problems due to the fact that they generate such precise and detailed images of the body.
