Carly has been working as a Physiotherapist for almost 9 years and a Pelvic Health Therapist for 6. Carly was born and raised in Lindsay and attended Brock University for Kinesiology and the University of Toronto for her Masters in Physiotherapy. Carly has taken several courses since graduating in manual therapy, Mckenzie method, exercise prescription, biomechanics, and acupuncture and is passionate about educating patients on self-care and home maintenance for the best recovery.
Carly is also specialized in Pelvic Health, having traveled to Chicago Illinois, and Boca Raton Florida for additional training through the American Physical Therapy Association. She is experienced at treating incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, diastasis recti, and treating postpartum and postmenopausal issues.
Carly lives just outside of Lindsay with her husband, 3 children who are 5, 3, and 2, a golden retriever, and 6 chickens! They enjoy being outside, exploring and being active as a family. Carly is an avid runner herself, having completed a half marathon earlier this spring, and training for a triathlon later this summer.
