What is Rehabilitation?

Rehabilitation is the process of returning something to its original condition.  In a physiotherapy setting, it refers to returning pain or an injury back to its previous pre-injury condition so you can return to doing the things you love. This often involves hands-on treatment from a physiotherapist, as well as a graduated exercise program, meaning it changes and gets harder as you improve and get stronger. 


Goal Setting

Everyone has different goals- whether it’s to be able to walk down the driveway without pain, reach the top shelf in the kitchen, run a marathon, or anywhere in between, you will work with your physiotherapist to come up with goals of treatment that are important to you.

We have a comprehensive gym that offers a bike, treadmill, weights, exercise bands, Bosu ball, an exercise ball, and various other equipment to train balance and proprioception and get you back to feeling yourself again.
