How does it work?
Our physiotherapist will assess your condition and establish a treatment plan consistent with your needs and goals. Your treatment plan may include things like manual therapy, joint mobilizations, soft tissue work, personalized exercise programs designed to improve strength, range of motion and function, activity specific exercises for things like return to sport or work, acupuncture or dry-needling, or modalities designed to reduce pain and swelling such as ultrasound, Interferential Current Therapy, Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation, all well as heat and ice.
