  • How do Custom Orthotics help?

    Many athletes sustain an injury and once out of the pain they return to their activity and start a cycle of subsequent injuries. At the Adelaide Clinic, we strive to avoid or interrupt this cycle through personalized, sport-specific rehab.

    We have a large rehab room and will work with your trainers and coaches for optimal results. Like a good foundation of a house, your feet support the weight of everything above them.

    When a small problem develops in your feet, subtle changes can occur in the entire framework of your body. These changes cause a chain reaction throughout your posture while you stand, walk, and run, placing excess stress and strain on the joints, muscles, and tendons in the feet, knees, hips, or even the lower back.

    We use 3D Dynamic Orthotic

  • What is a dynamic orthotic?

    An orthotic that dynamically changes shape when you walk, guiding and strengthening your foot to eliminate the source of your discomfort.

  • How does 3D impact the quality of the orthotic?

    3D allows a much smaller orthotic that fits in all your shoes freeing you to wear the shoes you want.

  • How does precision impact the quality of the orthotic?

    Precision means accurate scanning in the clinic and 3D printing at manufacturing giving an orthotic that marries perfectly with the unique form of the foot.
    It means a perfect fit every time making your orthotic incredibly comfortable and eliminating the need for a top cushion.

    $550.00 for a custom insert, children’s pricing is available upon request.
